Kyle Walker MD, MBA specializes in Orthopedic Oncology and Reconstructive Surgery. His practice is based in Roseville, California northeast of Sacramento. Dr. Walker is a member of Orthopedic Trauma Surgeons of Northern California with operating privileges at Sutter Roseville Medical Center, Mercy San Juan Medical Center, Mercy Folsom Hospital, and U.C. Davis Medical Center.

He now serves patients in the Greater Sacramento area managing general orthopedic conditions with a focus on musculoskeletal oncology and complex reconstruction.

​Dr. Walker provides operative and non-operative orthopedic care for acute and chronic orthopedic conditions. Some of the conditions he treats include but are not limited to, benign/malignant primary musculoskeletal tumors (e.g. sarcomas), metastatic bone disease, osteoarthritis, avascular necrosis (AVN), rotator cuff tears, meniscal tears, fractured/broken bones, carpal tunnel syndrome, and trigger fingers.

For medical school, Dr. Walker attended Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in Shreveport, Louisiana where he obtained his medical doctorate.
After an intern year of general surgery, he spent three years as an orthopedic research fellow at the Cleveland Clinic researching and developing patient-specific surgical technologies for shoulder and hip arthroplasty (replacement) surgery. During that time, Dr. Walker obtained three patents related to patient-specific surgery and developed the mindset that each surgery should be "patient-specific" to the extent possible. While consulting for Arthrex® and their patient-specific shoulder arthroplasty platform, Arthrex Virtual Implant Positioning (VIP), he also gained a deep understanding of the latest technologies available to help achieve this goal.
Dr. Walker started his Orthopedic Surgery Residency in New York at the One Brooklyn Health System where he was Chief Resident at New York Presbyterian Lower Manhattan Hospital in his final year. During his residency, Dr. Walker was privileged to rotate at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center to begin his training in Orthopedic Oncology. Dr. Walker completed his Musculoskeletal Oncology training at the renowned University of California - Davis Medical Center as the Sarcoma Advanced Research and Clinical Fellow.
